Can I see what you store?
Yes — your account profile, addresses, orders, and Gym Credits ledger are visible when signed in. Ask support for clarification on anything else.
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell personal data. Limited processors help run payments, messaging, and analytics for the storefront.
What about guest order lookup?
Order number + checkout phone unlock that order’s status only — not unrelated account information.
Marketing emails?
Only if you opt in. Change preferences anytime under Account → Notifications.
Need a human on privacy?
Message the warehouse team from Gujranwala — same channels as order support.
