How long does delivery take in Pakistan?

After payment is confirmed (COD under Rs 3,000, or advance verified on larger orders), most parcels ship within 2 business days from our Gujranwala warehouse (faster near Gujranwala / Sialkot; longer for Karachi and farther cities). See city pages under Gym equipment by city for local ETAs.

Do I need to pay advance? Is COD available?

Orders at or under Rs 3,000 can be Cash on Delivery (full amount on delivery). Orders over Rs 3,000 need a ~30% advance (rounded up to the nearest Rs 10); you pay the rest on delivery. Prefer marketplace COD for a linked item? Use Buy on Daraz when the product has a Daraz link.

Can I return gym equipment?

Wrong or damaged items can be reported within 7 days of delivery. Heavy freight returns follow our returns policy — contact support with photos and your order ID before sending anything back.

How do I track my order or get help?

After payment is verified and the parcel is booked, tracking is shared on your order page and usually on WhatsApp. Questions before buying? Use Ask before buy on the product page — a real person replies.
