Is SheFit separate from SastaGym?
SheFit is a women's fitness storefront and private journey inside SastaGym. Inventory, cart, and orders use the same commerce system.
Is my fitness data public?
No. Profiles, goals, workout history, and journal entries are private by default. The optional community is opt-in, moderated, and never auto-publishes your journal.
Do I need equipment to start?
No. Many beginner workouts work with bodyweight. Equipment recommendations are optional.
Are workouts medical advice?
No. Content is general fitness information. Stop if something feels unsafe and seek professional care when needed.
How do payments work?
Checkout uses SastaGym's existing payment and order flow. SheFit does not invent paid confirmations.
Can I compare products?
Yes. Use Compare on product cards (up to 4 items). We only show verified fields — missing specs stay blank.
