Privacy is an architectural requirement. We do not promise absolute confidentiality or end-to-end encryption for every feature.

• Fitness profiles are private by default.
• Goals, workout history, and journal entries are user-owned and not auto-published.
• You can shop without sharing a fitness journey.
• Marketing consent is separate from essential account notifications.
• Authorized staff may access limited data for support, fraud, or legal retention.
• Order and payment records may be retained as required for business and legal reasons.
