Seller guide
Use this guide to understand offers, bids, fulfillment, evidence, inspection, and settlement timing on SastaGym.
Buyers can make offers or place bids when a listing supports those modes. Accepting an offer or bid does not automatically complete payment — the buyer still reviews and confirms the order.
Fulfill only after payment is confirmed through the configured payment system. Never assume chat screenshots equal provider confirmation.
For physical equipment transactions, policy may require a short pre-dispatch video (about 30 seconds) and photos of condition, packaging, and accessories. Evidence helps review — it does not automatically prove authenticity.
Update fulfillment status accurately. Do not mark delivery completed without the appropriate permissions or evidence required by policy.
After delivery, buyers can confirm receipt or report a problem. Disputes use the existing Trust & Safety process.
Settlement becomes eligible according to transaction and payment-provider rules after confirmation or dispute resolution — never before payment is confirmed.
Completing a sale outside SastaGym may remove available marketplace protections for payment, delivery, disputes, and settlement.
