List accurately, respond promptly, fulfill only after payment confirmation from the configured payment system, and provide evidence when policy requires it.
Complete payment through SastaGym when the order flow supports it. Payment state comes from provider confirmation. Avoid personal transfers requested in chat.
We block contact and payment details to keep you safe. Sharing phone numbers, bank or wallet details, emails or outside links in chat is not allowed and may lead to suspension. Use platform messaging for equipment discussions and offers. Keep transactions on SastaGym. Conversations may be reviewed by authorized Trust & Safety personnel when required.
Report scam attempts, harassment, counterfeit equipment, or payment manipulation. Reports create a Trust & Safety case for review.
Verification badges appear only when backed by completed checks (email, phone, identity, or business). A verified seller is not an automatic guarantee of equipment condition.
If an eligible order has a problem, use Report a Problem from the order page to open the existing dispute process.
You can report a listing, seller, buyer, message, payment request, or suspicious activity. Reports feed the existing Trust & Safety workflow.
Moving a deal outside SastaGym can remove available marketplace protections for payment, delivery, condition, identity, fraud review, dispute resolution, settlement, and evidence.
Messages are protected in transit and at rest. Marketplace conversations may be reviewed by authorized Trust & Safety personnel when required for fraud, harassment, or dispute investigations. Access is role-based, limited, audited, and logged. Conversations are not end-to-end encrypted.
SastaGym provides marketplace infrastructure that helps buyers and sellers discover equipment, communicate, and complete transactions according to SastaGym marketplace policies. Users should keep transactions on the platform. Off-platform arrangements may not receive marketplace protections. The exact scope of protections depends on the services enabled for a given order and is described in the published marketplace policies.
